Deposits and started work

Deposits are generally non-refundable once strategy, scheduling, production, design or development work has started. If no work has begun, HiroLifeStudio may review the situation case by case.

Cancellation requests

• Clients may request cancellation through the client portal or by email.
• Approved cancellations do not remove amounts already earned, delivered or in production.
• Subscriptions may require review before deactivation to close open deliverables and invoices.
